I ordered a winter cycling kit and unfortunately it had been manufactured too small.
I contacted RSSC customer service and they have been absolutely brilliant. No trouble was too much and I provided additional measurements and the replacement kit was sent to me in no time.
This was my third order from RSSC and they are definitely my favourite cycling kit supplier. I think the quality is spot on and the price is very reasonable. I can't fault them at all.
Things can go wrong in any business. It's not the issue that is the problem, it is how it is dealt with. RSSC customer service is outstanding. I would highly recommend them!
The shorts are good quality but much smaller than I expected and don’t fit me.
Incredible durability. I had a crash today and the shorts save me from losing the skin on my butt. They didn't rip or fray. They are also pretty comfortable, and the jersey looks really nice.
Looks great and price was right. Unfortunately the sizes seem to be very small. I usually take medium but read other reviews about sizing and went with large. I bought two sets of bibs and jackets and both are way too small. I should have ordered extra large. Looked at returning but shipping would be too expensive. On a positive note, at least my next order will be the right size ! Lol
