Step 2 – Send Your Idea

Share your design via:

  • Website inbox
  • Email: support@rsscsports.com
  • *Please include:Your Order Number[#RSXXXX], Your design idea (text, concept, or references)Your logos/images (high quality)

Step 3 – Get Your Design Preview

Within 24–48 business hours, we’ll send you a design rendering. During weekends or holidays, it may take around 48–72 hours.

Step 4 – Revise Until Perfect

We’ll adjust the design based on your feedback until you’re fully satisfied.

Step 5 – Production

Once you approve the final design, we’ll start production.

Why Order First?

To start the design process, we ask customers to place the order first.

This helps us focus on serious custom requests, as we’ve previously created many designs that were never turned into orders.

So there’s no risk — your kit will be exactly how you want it before we make it.

About Your Design Files

For the best results, please provide high-quality images or logos.

Recommended formats:

  • PNG (transparent background preferred)
  • AI / PDF (vector files – best quality)
  • High-resolution JPG

⚠️ Low-quality or blurry images may result in poor print quality.
