I am a medium. Based on the reviews of others, I upsized to a large, but even the large was too small. I am so disappointed as I wanted these for a fun trip and do not have enough time to reorder.
I ordered a winter cycling kit and unfortunately it had been manufactured too small.
I contacted RSSC customer service and they have been absolutely brilliant. No trouble was too much and I provided additional measurements and the replacement kit was sent to me in no time.
This was my third order from RSSC and they are definitely my favourite cycling kit supplier. I think the quality is spot on and the price is very reasonable. I can't fault them at all.
Things can go wrong in any business. It's not the issue that is the problem, it is how it is dealt with. RSSC customer service is outstanding. I would highly recommend them!
