1.我的訂單何時會出貨？

2. 配送時間

配送需要多長時間？

配送時間取決於所訂購的商品。促銷「免費」商品可能需要 3–5 週才能送達，因為我們的商品來自海外及
不同的倉庫。非促銷商品的配送時間可能需要 10 至 30 個工作天。請在聯絡我們前耐心等候 14 天。

寄往波多黎各、美屬維爾京群島、夏威夷、關島及阿拉斯加的訂單無法透過快遞配送。

 

3. 配送費用

目前訂單金額超過 USD 100 即可享免費配送。訂單金額低於 USD 100 時，將收取 USD 9.99 的配送費。

如果包裹因地址不完整／錯誤及聯絡資訊不足而遭退回，客戶需負擔重新寄送的配送費用。

 

4. 你們是否配送至 APO/FPO/DPO 地址？

是的。我們可以配送至 APO/FPO/DPO 地址，但運輸時間可能長達 45 個工作天。APO/FPO/DPO 地址的訂單可能需要由客戶前往當地快遞公司取件。

 

5. 我需要支付關稅及進口稅嗎？

所有國際訂單：

Rsscsports無法控制您當地海關對包裹徵收的任何關稅或進口稅。任何未繳清的關稅或進口稅均須由客戶支付，我們不對此類費用負責。關稅或進口稅不包含在您訂購商品的價格中。Rsscsports 無法告知您確切費用，因為各國的海關政策及收費可能有所不同。

如果您拒絕接收已購買的商品，快遞公司可能會將商品退回 Rsscsports。如果發生這種情況，商品退回我們的設施後，我們將為您的訂單退款，但不包含您支付的配送費用，因為該部分訂單已經完成履行。
